The weather was sunny and windy at the start. It was a tiring run towards the end. I had wanted to do 10 miles but decided halfway on the return that I’ll call it a day earlier. While I was constantly reminding myself about holding the correct running form, my calves weren’t too coperative today. I felt that was no point in plobbing through another 3 miles. Or perhaps I was just tired from all the running.
Tomorrow’s rest day. Will do some core muscle workout and stretching. Plan to do a 2.4 km test and some 1 km tempo runs.
